→ Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property

5. Bookings & Scheduling

→ Late payments may result in recovery action

→ Where applicable, workmanship is covered by a written guarantee
This does not cover pre-existing defects or issues outside our control.
10. Limitations of Liability

→ Waste removal is carried out only where included in the agreed scope of work
